While we have stock ready to ship, please be aware that both us and the rest of the country are currently facing delivery delays for big and bulky items. Rest assured, your gear will be en route to you as swiftly as possible, and we will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
Our delivery service is available for valid addresses across Australia. If you place an order through Dobinsons.com with a nominated Australian address, you can select the delivery option. However, if the cost of delivering the product significantly exceeds the delivery fee, such as for remote areas or large, heavy products, we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements, including order modification or cancellation.

We typically dispatch orders within 48 hours of placement.
When you place an order, you have the option to provide authority to leave the product at your nominated address. If you choose not to do so and no one is available to accept delivery, or we cannot find a secure place to leave the product, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method, including re-delivery or collection from a local post office or courier depot.
Please note that any person at your nominated address who accepts the delivery is considered authorized to do so. Our courier may request proof of identity and age.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to a product after delivery or for losses or damages due to late delivery.
Delivery to your nominated address typically takes 3-5 business days. However, certain factors such as an incorrect address, verification requirements for personal or payment details, product availability near your location, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
The estimated delivery date is provided as a guide and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Dobinsons Spring & Suspension will not accept liability for delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, such as unavailable stock.
After dispatch, we will email you a tracking link to monitor the progress of your order and view the expected delivery date. You will also receive notifications each time your parcel reaches a new event scan during its journey to you.
