Following a revision from Ford there have been some major alterations in the chassis and suspension design, along with a few other small cosmetic changes to further improve the Ranger platform and to allow the platform to be more widely used worldwide.
Following the chassis and Suspension changes Dobinsons have developed suspension lift kits for the new model PX-3 available in 45mm lift and 75mm lift. The Dobinsons lift kits provides a fully matched suspension kit with Spring Rates and Shock Absorber Damping Forces tuned to provide the best balance between on and off-road comfort with handling and load carrying capacity. Increased Shock absorber lengths allow a modest increase in rear suspension travel and a huge increase of more than 25% in front suspension travel.
Additional Suspension components including U-Bolts, Polyurethane Leaf Spring Bushes, Greaseable Shackles and Pins, Centre Bearing Spacer Kit and Upper Control Arms complete the suspension kits ensuring you get the very best out of your Rangers Suspension.
Currently available in both Twin-Tube and Internal Floating Piston Monotube Shock absorber configurations.
